Supported systems
Works with the system you already have
Send the exports your head-end already produces. Every source becomes one meter history, so the same analysis runs whatever the collection system.
Itron FCS
Daily meter readings with each meter's status information, plus the event export: meter error, valve state, magnetic tamper, air in pipe.
Readings XML · Event XML · ZIPItron Temetra
The FCS XML export. Error, valve and tamper conditions come from the status information in each read.
WorkSets XMLSensus FlexNet (RNI)
Register readings from the standard metering-data export.
CMEPHoneywell NetSense
Register readings and device events from NetSense CMEP exports (including gzipped files) and MultiSpeak notifications.
CMEP · MultiSpeak · Parquet on requestItron UtilityIQ
Scheduled reading and event exports: meter error, valve, pressure, magnetic tamper and air-in-pipe events. Device IDs are matched during onboarding.
CMEP · Event CSVItron Field Tools
The device command export from FDM Tools: each field check, programming and disconnect, with the meter's own error verdict, valve and battery state. It confirms what the route reads suggest, and fills in gaps when a meter drops off the route.

Supported meters and modules
Itron gas ERT modules
100G-series and 500G ERT modules on diaphragm and rotary gas meters, read by FCS or Temetra. Meter status, meter errors and daily reads are analyzed.
Itron Intelis gas meters
Ultrasonic gas meters with a built-in shutoff valve. Valve state, safety shutoff, high-pressure, magnetic-tamper and air-in-pipe events are used, so good meters that tripped closed can be reset instead of returned.
Itron water endpoints
100W and 100WP, 100W+, and Gen5 500W ERT modules, with encoded registers from Badger, Kamstrup, Sensus, Diehl and Neptune. Leak, reverse-flow, cut-cable and register-error flags are kept; Riva leak-sensor status is supported.
Cellular and other vendors
Itron Cellular 500W/500G (Gen6 and Riva) through UtilityIQ, and Sensus and Honeywell meters through their head-end's CMEP readings.
Beta: accepted and stored today; checked against each utility's first exports during onboarding. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Meter types
Gas
Full analysis: Remove and Watch lists, meter detail, shop sort and work orders.
Water water-ready
Water meters are accepted and kept separate from gas from the first file. Water scoring is in development. Utilities choose gas, water or both.
Getting files to us
Secure SFTP
Your collection system drops exports on a schedule. Key-only, one folder per utility.
Browser connector
For servers where SFTP isn't allowed. A page left open in Edge or Chrome sends new exports over HTTPS. Nothing to install.
Upload
Drag files onto the Data Imports page. Zip files are fine.
