Gas meter health monitoring from the exports you already produce
Meter Health Score checks every meter against its own history each night and gives you a short list: the meters to pull, the meters to watch, and the readings and events behind each one.
What it does
It reads the meter-reading and event files your collection system already creates and adds them to each meter's history. Each night every meter is checked, and the result is a Remove list and a Watch list, each with a plain-language reason.
Normal behavior is left alone: register rollovers, new installs and meters that are simply unused are not mistaken for failures.
What you need
No new hardware and no changes in the field. Files arrive by secure SFTP, a browser connector on your collection server, or upload. See the supported systems and file formats.
What you get
A Remove list and a Watch list for every device family, with the meter's readings, history and events behind each flag.
The Remove list exports to your work-management system, and the shop can scan returned meters for a quick verdict: return to the manufacturer, reset and retest, or restock.
Each utility has its own database, storage and sign-in. See how your data is protected.
