Common questions
What does the trial need from us?
A signed trial agreement, a list of up to 500 meters, and a few months of the exports your head-end already produces. Results usually appear the same day.
What happens to our trial data?
It stays in your own environment. If you continue, it carries over. If not, it's deleted within 30 days of the trial ending. See the trial agreement.
Do we need an MDM?
No. Meter Health Score works straight from your head-end's exports, so it fits utilities that don't have one.
How is it priced?
An annual subscription for an agreed number of meters, sized to your utility. Adding meters later is a simple change to your subscription. Contact us for a quote.
