Estimate the usage not being billed on meters that stopped measuring
A meter that stops measuring under-registers every day it stays in the field. Meter Health Score estimates that unbilled usage so you can put the largest ones first.
How the estimate works
For each meter on the Remove and Replace lists it estimates typical daily usage, counts the days without usage, and prices the result at your rate per unit. If a meter's own usage history is not available, a typical meter from your fleet is used instead.
The result is an estimate, shown as such.
Your rates
Utilities can enter one rate or a rate for each company or region, so the estimate reflects what each area actually bills.
What you see
Total revenue at risk, a breakdown by reason, device model and region, the largest meters first, and what has been recovered since tracking began.
Work orders can be exported from the same Remove list.
Questions
Is this the actual amount lost?
No. It is an estimate based on each meter's typical usage and the days without usage, priced at the rate you enter.
Can I use different rates for different regions?
Yes. You can enter a default rate and a rate for each company or region.
Does it need customer account data?
No. Meter Health Score does not take customer names, account numbers or addresses.
