Find failed ERT modules and Intelis meters in the data you already collect
ERT modules and ultrasonic gas meters fail in different ways. Meter Health Score looks at each family separately and tells you which ones need attention and why.
ERT modules
Modules that have stopped responding, modules whose battery is running down, and modules that miss reads are separated from modules that are working normally.
Fleet views show how each model is holding up, so a weak batch stands out before it turns into a wave of truck rolls.
Intelis gas meters
Meters that report a meter error, meters whose daily readings never arrive, and registers that reset or run backwards are told apart from one-off blips.
Valve and safety-shutoff states are taken into account, so a good meter that tripped closed can be reset and retested instead of returned.
Evidence for every flag
Each meter shows its own readings and events beside the reason it was flagged, so the field crew and the shop see the same story.

Questions
Does it work for ERT modules and Intelis meters together?
Yes. Each device family has its own view and its own rules, and you can look at both together.
Will it tell me why a meter was flagged?
Yes. Every flag comes with a plain-language reason and the readings and events behind it.
Can I send the Remove list to our work-order system?
Yes. The Remove list exports for your work-management system.
